Many items are available for ordering online with a credit card. In case the merchandise you want is not available online, please email us or call us with your orders at 707-762-9611. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
In-Store Pick Up:
Order online and pick up your items at our location in Downtown Petaluma, CA. Simply select “In-Store Pick-up” at the Shopping Cart stage of your order and select a convenient time.

We ship orders anywhere in the U.S. via USPS, FedEx or UPS. You will see the shipping charges for your online order prior to placing your order.
To avoid damage in transit, we use great care in packing your order. (In case of damage, please see below.)
We make every attempt to ship within 1 or 2 business days following receipt of your order.
Orders can be returned if items are unused, in their original condition, and in the manufacturers original box. Purchaser pays for return shipping and refunds are given when we receive the item. Returns for a full refund are available within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to you. Please call or email us prior to returning an item.
- Please inspect your package for shipping damage prior to opening it.
- If you see evidence of damage, please ask the courier (if possible) to note it on the shipment paperwork. Please request a copy of the paperwork with the notes.
- Please take photos of the damaged exterior.
