New at i Leoni: Meet Aarke

We’re excited to welcome Aarke to i Leoni, with a thoughtfully selected collection focused on two things we take very seriously: great water and great coffee.

Founded in Sweden, Aarke approaches everyday kitchen appliances with a distinctly Scandinavian point of view: clean lines, beautiful materials, thoughtful engineering, and an emphasis on products you’ll actually want to leave out on the counter.

Better Water, Beautifully Done

At the heart of the collection is the Aarke Purifier, a glass and stainless steel water filter pitcher that takes a refreshingly different approach to filtration.

Instead of disposable plastic filter cartridges, Aarke uses a refillable stainless steel filter cartridge filled with replaceable filter granules. Developed in collaboration with water-technology company BWT, the system is designed to improve the taste and quality of tap water while creating less plastic waste than traditional cartridge-based systems.

And because this is Aarke, the pitcher itself is exceptionally good-looking: glass, polished stainless steel and a simple silhouette that feels more like beautiful serveware than something you need to hide in the refrigerator.

We carry both types of Aarke replacement granules:

Pure Filter Granules soften water and reduce limescale, chlorine, lead and copper. They’re an especially nice choice for coffee and tea, where water quality can make a noticeable difference in flavor.

Enriched Filter Granules reduce chlorine and heavy metals while adding magnesium and increasing the water's pH. The result is mineralized, alkaline water designed for fresh, cold drinking.

Each refill bag can filter up to 31.7 gallons (120 liters) of water and last up to eight weeks, depending on use.

From Water to Coffee

Of course, good coffee begins with good water.

Aarke brings the same streamlined design to the rest of the morning routine, and our new collection includes the Aarke Drip Coffee Maker, Electric Kettle with Temperature Control, and French Coffee Press.
